This is to state that M/s Ahura Contractors, have successfully done the waterproofing of my terrace at the above address in 2007.I have been living here for the last 50 years and over time and the setting up of a South Indian fast food restaurant on the ground floor (with attendant rats, bandicoots etc borrowing in the foundations) has caused the building to subside/tilt in unexpected directions. This had caused the flat terrace to spring cracks and leak at every monsoon. We tried many remedies: replaced the top surface with a fiberglass overlay, then a mosaic surface and repeated applications of tar-covered waterproofing materials. None of these remained leak-proof even through a single monsoon. Ms Ahura Contractors used a new, flexible membrane that has now worked for four years, even though the building continues to subside unevenly, as evidenced by fresh cracks appearing in walls every year. The area covered is about 1,400 square feet.
