A very high quality waterproofing-cum-Decorative outdoor Paint It is off- white in color and can be stained with standard paint stainers to Any required shade. This paint is based on Chlorinated Rubber which gives Excellent long term waterproofing on concrete or plaster and has Outstanding resistance to U. V. Rays in sunlight and all other weathering factors. It has high Adhesion to China Moziac and is Fungus Resistant.

Flexural strength of a mortar screed using optimum proportion of polybond Has 8 times the flexural strength of an unmodified screed. For BLOCKING POROSITY and preventing water seepage through surfaces which are already Damp or wet and which do not allow application of others waterproofing coatings. Particularly useful For internal repairs of concrete water tanks. Water Based. Can be applied on wet surfaces, thus Shortening the repair time. No unpleasant smell, especially good for water tanks and enclosed spaces, So that workmen are not exposed to solvent vapours

11"RUSTKILL"

'RUSTKILL' is a dark brown liquid! Which, when applied on rusty metellic structure perticularly iron and steel surfaces, converts the rust into a black protective coating. Even the best paints can not give full protection if they are applied on a steel surface which is not entirely free from rust. Durability of the paint film depends as much uppon the quality of the surface to be treated as upon the quality of the paint.
